GIRL TALK: Painful Cycles + What Helps
Here lately my cycles have been on the painful side, with cramps being the worse symptom of all. BUT thankfully you all helped me through my Instagram stories and my last cycle was a breeze. I currently use Honey Pot products (pads not tampons) for my homegirl down there. What helped me most through this cycle was water, a heating pad, Tylenol, and Raspberry Leaf Tea.
